Terms of Use

Effective date: May 12, 2026. These terms explain the rules for using Benny Wallet, including the mobile app, website, and related services. Please read them before using the app.

Benny Wallet is a non-custodial Solana wallet. By using Benny Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use Benny Wallet.

1. The Service

Benny Wallet lets users create or import a wallet, view public Solana account information, receive tokens, prepare and sign transactions, manage family-oriented wallet views, and contact support. Some features may vary by app version, store distribution, device, region, or backend availability.

2. Non-Custodial Wallet Responsibilities

Benny Wallet does not custody your funds and does not hold your recovery phrase, private keys, or plaintext PIN. You are responsible for securing your device, backing up your recovery phrase, verifying recipient addresses, and deciding whether to sign any transaction.

  • Lost recovery phrases may result in permanent loss of access.
  • Blockchain transactions may be irreversible once submitted.
  • Benny Wallet cannot recover assets sent to the wrong address or reverse confirmed blockchain activity.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

Benny Wallet is software for accessing wallet functionality. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any balances, prices, token metadata, rewards, or points shown in the app are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are responsible for your own decisions and for understanding the risks of digital assets.

4. Family Features and Minors

Benny Wallet includes family-oriented features, including child wallet views and child mode controls. These features are intended to be used with parent or guardian supervision. You are responsible for deciding who may use your device, PIN, wallet, and family features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Benny Wallet to:

  • Violate applicable laws, sanctions, or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to compromise, overload, or bypass security controls.
  • Use the service for fraud, abuse, malware, unauthorized access, or deceptive activity.
  • Misrepresent Benny Wallet, its team, or any third-party ecosystem relationship.

6. Third-Party Services and Blockchain Networks

Benny Wallet may interact with Solana, RPC providers, price-data providers, app stores, notification services, hosting providers, and other third-party infrastructure. Those services are not controlled by Benny Wallet, and their availability, fees, policies, or data may change without notice.

7. Fees and Network Costs

Blockchain transactions may require network fees. Third-party services may also apply their own fees. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details, network fees, and any third-party costs before signing or submitting a transaction.

8. Availability and Changes

Benny Wallet may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update the app, website, backend services, these terms, or related policies as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Disclaimers

Benny Wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and accuracy of third-party or blockchain data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benny Wallet and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost assets, lost data, lost recovery phrases, wrong-address transfers, network failures, or third-party service issues.
