Benny Wallet
Disclaimer
Effective date: May 14, 2026. This disclaimer explains important limits and risks related to Benny Wallet, the website, open-source code, and related services.
1. No Financial, Investment, Legal, or Tax Advice
Benny Wallet is software for interacting with wallets and blockchain networks. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any prices, balances, token lists, market data, rewards, points, labels, or interface messages are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any transaction, asset, token, smart contract, network fee, tax consequence, legal requirement, and risk before taking action.
2. Non-Custodial Wallet Risk
Benny Wallet is non-custodial. We do not hold your recovery phrase, private keys, or funds, and we cannot recover them for you. If you lose access to your device, recovery phrase, private key, PIN, or wallet backup, you may permanently lose access to your assets.
You are responsible for securing your device, reviewing recipient addresses, confirming transaction details, and deciding whether to sign or submit each transaction.
3. Blockchain and Digital Asset Risk
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, experimental, unaudited, restricted, or subject to rapid loss of value. Network congestion, validator behavior, protocol upgrades, chain reorganizations, smart contract bugs, token issuer actions, or third-party service failures may affect transaction timing, balances, prices, and availability.
4. Third-Party Services and Links
Benny Wallet may link to or interact with third-party services, including app stores, blockchain RPC providers, data providers, token marketplaces, swap infrastructure, hosting providers, and external websites. We do not control those services and do not guarantee their accuracy, security, availability, fees, policies, or continued operation.
5. Open-Source Software
Open-source code is provided to improve transparency and community review. Publishing source code does not guarantee that every build, fork, integration, dependency, or third-party distribution is safe, audited, maintained, or suitable for your use. Review code and build artifacts independently before relying on them.
6. No Warranty
Benny Wallet, the website, app, open-source code, documentation, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and accuracy of blockchain or third-party data.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benny Wallet, its developers, maintainers, contributors, and related parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of assets; loss of data; lost recovery phrases; wrong-address transfers; failed or delayed transactions; security incidents; third-party service issues; regulatory changes; or decisions you make while using the software.
8. Your Responsibility
Use Benny Wallet only if you understand and accept these risks. You should use your own judgment, maintain independent backups, verify information from multiple sources, and seek qualified professional advice when needed.
